You can now show appreciation for positive reviews as well as give feedback on negative reviews.

Just go to Kooee Review in your Store and follow these steps: 

1. Go to your reviews list
2. Click the review you want to respond to and then click Edit Review. 
3. From the edit screen, click "Respond"
4. Type in your response and click "Post"

The customer that left the review will get an email about your response.

Your response will also be displayed publicly underneath the review.
